Welcome to jomkiss01. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and jomkiss01 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the jomkiss01 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the platform following any changes to this document constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

The jomkiss01 platform is exclusively for adults. To register and use this platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Jomkiss01 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Documents that may be required include a national ID, passport, or other official documents recognised in Malaysia.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at jomkiss01 at all times. This limit applies across a single device, IP address, email address, phone number, and residential address. Multiple accounts detected will be suspended without prior notice.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
• Notify jomkiss01 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Jomkiss01 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility, whether performed by you or by any third party who gains access with or without your knowledge.

Jomkiss01 supports a range of secure, integrated payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account shortly after transaction verification.

• Minimum Deposit: RM20 per transaction.
• Accepted Methods: FPX (online banking), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), direct bank transfer, and other supported local payment methods.
• Account Holder Name: The name on the payment method used must match the registered name on your jomkiss01 account.
• Third-Party Deposit: jomkiss01 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of members.

Jomkiss01 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided that all of the following conditions have been fully met:

• There are no active investigations related to your account.
• The chosen withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements between 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Each member is eligible for each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Jomkiss01 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if fraud or abuse is detected.
• Claiming duplicate bonuses using multiple accounts or different payment methods is prohibited and will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

All games available on the jomkiss01 platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting and table games — operate on a fair and transparent system. Specific rules for each game or betting market are stated within the respective game interface.

• All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by an accredited authority.
• Sports betting results are final once confirmed by the relevant sports provider.
• Jomkiss01 reserves the right to void wagers in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or unavoidable exceptional circumstances.
• Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) will not be accepted and will be automatically voided.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or market are clearly stated within the platform interface.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or betting results, jomkiss01's decision is final and binding. Members may submit a written complaint to the support team within 7 days of the incident date.

To ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, the following are strictly prohibited on the jomkiss01 platform:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software or any method that provides an unfair advantage over other players.
• Owning or operating more than one active account.
• Any form of fraud, system manipulation or exploitation of platform bugs.
• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal funds from illegal sources.
• Sharing your account or allowing another party to use your account.
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language towards other members or support staff.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the jomkiss01 support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled and there must be no pending investigations related to the account.

Jomkiss01 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud or illegal activity.
• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts closed for non-fraudulent reasons, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method used by the member, subject to the completion of any investigation and current policies.

Jomkiss01 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly and stably at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, failures, or unplanned downtime.

Jomkiss01 is not liable for:

• Financial losses due to technical disruptions, internet outages, or the member's own device failure.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Game or betting outcomes that are not in the member's favour in a fair game.
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to comply with the platform's terms and conditions.

Jomkiss01 takes the privacy and personal data protection of all members seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are managed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By using the jomkiss01 platform, you agree that we may:

• Collecting and processing your personal data for account management and KYC compliance purposes.
• Using data for security purposes, fraud prevention and service improvement.
• Sharing data with relevant authorities when required by law.
